If you love tuna sashimi, this is a simple, refreshing recipe perfect as an entree or appetiser. It's zingy, fruity, with a nice kick from the jalapeño pepper making you wanting to go back for more.

Ingredients
- 100g sashimi quality tuna slices (or approx. 10 sashimi slices)
- 8 tbsp Kikkoman soya sauce
- 8 tbsp yuzu dressing*
- 1 tbsp yuzu juice*
- 1 jalapeño thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
- micro herbs (if available)
* Both are sold in bottles and available in most Asian or Japanese groceries.
Method
1. Combine the soya sauce, yuzu dressing and yuzu juice in a small bowl and mix well.
2. Arrange the tuna slices on a plate, place a thinly sliced jalapeño on top of each tuna and pour the yuzu dressing around it. Drizzle grapeseed oil over it careful and garnish with micro herbs.
