Another easy side dish for Christmas dinner parties, or it pairs beautifully for the duck main dish. If you can't find red witlof, normal ones works equally as well, or replace by other salad leaves of your choice.

Ingredients
Witlof
- leaves from 2 red witlof
- 1/3 cup walnuts toasted
Honey Mustard Dressing
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Method
1. Make the honey mustard dressing by mixing everything together. Season to taste.
2. Assemble by placing the witlof leaves in a bowl, top with toasted walnut, and dress generously with the honey mustard dressing. Enjoy!
